LONE STAR REGION ENTRY PER TEAM, PER EVENT.
NO SPREADSHEETS OR LISTS OF MULTIPLE TOURNAMENT DATES AND
TEAMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. CHECK CAN BE FOR TOTAL AMOUNT.

Club Director with any questions you may have regarding the Tournaments.
Description: Three one-day events (Pool play
only) leading up
to final bracket playoffs on March 03, 2012.
Participation in the Gold Division of the Finals is limited
to the eight teams with the highest finishes that have
participated in all events.
Entry
Fee: $115 non-refundable,
non-transferable events #1- #3
$150 non-refundable, non-transferable event #4
Deadline: 21 days prior to event date
Registration:
Team Rosters printed from the USAV Club Administration Page
is preferred. Make sure the top is
filled in with the Tournament name and date. If your
Roster is not available, you may use the standard
Lone Star
Region Entry Form.
