REGION ENTRY PER TEAM, PER EVENT. NO
SPREADSHEETS OR LISTS OF MULTIPLE TOURNAMENT DATES AND TEAMS WILL
BE ACCEPTED. CHECK CAN BE FOR TOTAL AMOUNT.
SPECTATOR FEES WILL APPLY AT ALL TOURNAMENT EVENTS
